Well worth the investment. I drive escort for oversize loads and my dispacther no longer asks me to remove my bluetooth. Noise reduction is excellent and standby time is exceptional.

My husband purchased this headset thinking it would be good since he is an over the road truck drive. He purchased in October 2010 and by January it wasn't working. I sent off an e-mail to the company two weeks ago and got the standard "someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours. As of yet I have not heard from them. I would suggest anyone reading this review to think twice about buying one.

I, like many other reviewers, drive a semi in and around NYC. This product is the best sounding(transmitting and receiving)headset I have ever owned. And I have a stack of them. It is not made very sturdy though. I had mine on the dash of my truck and the piece that holds it to the side of you head got caught in the vent breaking the plastic slide piece. A small tape job and it was as good as new (if not for the nerdy look a strip of tape adds to it).
I was told before I got this headset, that when the battery dies ( no longer accepts a charge) it will have to be returned to the company that I bought it to have them replace it. No big deal I Thought.
When it died, I contacted the company I bought it from... no luck!
I then tried to contact the Motor Trend Max4X website directly. I wrote them 2 times and got zero response from them.
So, Like I stated in the subject line... This is as good as it gets, until the battery dies. And it will die!!!
